While we’re not far from Washington DC, we can attest that life is better among the blossoms! During the lavender season we are open every day. Our farm will be open for cutting lavender, private events and weddings. Our farm shop offers handmade products made with our field grown lavender like our body butter and hand sanitizer as well as kitchen essentials like our lavender scone baking mix, lavender honey, and loose leaf teas. Welcome to White Oak Lavender Farm & The Purple WOLF Vineyard. “We are a family owned farm located in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. We are happy to offer our lavender products and wine directly to our customers online and at our farm!

When it came time to design our wine label and name our line of wines…we couldn’t resist using the acronym for White Oak Lavender Farm (WOLF) and of course our peaceful wolf had to be purple! While visiting the farm you are welcome to walk one of the vineyards and taste our delicious wines available for sampling. Currently we offer 12 samples of wine for $12, along with other choices of mini tastings, flights, glasses and seasonal wine treats like slushies or sangria!  We have delicious wine and some are infused with lavender!  You will be pleasantly surprised at the smooth flavor and finish.

Our current wine list includes our white wines: Viognier, Riesling; Traminette; Imperial Gem; Dragonfly; Thumbelina and our reds: Butterfly Kisses (Rose); Petit Verdot; Chambourcin; Pardon My Purple, Cabernet Franc and Royale Velvet (Port Style)!

You are welcome to bring in some snacks. We do have cheese and crackers available for purchase to enjoy with your wine. Choose from our enclosed, covered deck with heaters or ceiling fans. You may just love the purple chairs and farm tables! Outside we have several fire pits and lots of lovely seating. ”
