San-Diego’s largest Haunted House attraction, The Scream zone offers terrifying and adrenaline-pumping horror experiences to its visitors. New props, scenes, and “scares” are added each season. Here, you will encounter ghosts, demons, zombies and horrifying clowns.
The attraction is open to visitors around Halloween time. ‘The Scream Zone’ contains three attractions: ‘The Haunted Hayride’, ‘The Hell-Billy Hootenanny’ and the brand-new ‘The Passage’ with a confusing labyrinth.
They have a spinning tunnel in a dark area where even though your feet are on solid ground, you will get the feeling that they are not, leaving you amused and confused at the same time.

Key Insights:
This year seems very very cheaply done, most of the hayride was boring bc there was only 2 actors trying to scare us in each area and the sets looked very cheap.
The nacho chips are stale but cheese isn't bad - piping hot and generous portions.
Maybe you can give LA Haunted Hayride some tips on how to do a great event.. Was OK...lines for the attractions are super long.
Parking attendant scolded me for not following his directions when he was talking to another driver, lady letting us into the house was extremely rude and got annoyed when we couldn't hear what she had to say when she was speaking below normal tone and was very condescending and demanding.
It’s actually typified by the annoying loud sounds actors make with Bells.. Great mazes this year but come on guys help the hay ride out it could be a lot more with more people
