Key Insights:
As a former Wisconsin native and someone who spent a few years on the east coast, Fort Cross "Autumn Jubilee" does a great job of making it seem like it's fall, except for the fact that it's September and it was 90 degrees.
But if you're looking to relax with some old-fashioned, laid-back, and educational activities, go here and bring your friends and family to share experiences such as candle dipping, dancing, vase painting, small petting zoo, hay ride , gardening... And that's just the basic package !
Easy to upgrade to even more activities such as archery , tomahawk throwing , old Timey photos, and making your own little potted garden on top of other seasonal experiences .
We camped out in a site, shaded by amazing oak trees, and woke up to the sounds of roosters, cows, and donkeys, which we absolutely loved.
The activities for families includes archery, tomahawk throwing, paintball slingshotting, an amazing petting zoo and reptile encounters, panning for gold, a Lilac maze, tire swings, and much much more.
