At Adams Farm they invite you to enjoy a rustic and authentic approach to picking your own fruit and veg.
“Our spacious roadside market offers vegetables and fruits to include vine-ripened tomatoes, beans, squash, corn, cucumbers, peppers, turnip greens, broccoli, cabbage, butterbeans, peas, cantaloupe, and okra, most of which are grown on site at our farm.
A wide variety of jams, jellies, relishes, and pickles are available, and the aroma of sweet bread temps the appetite of consumers daily.
Several years ago our farm expanded to include U-Pic fruits. One of the favorite U-Pic fruits is strawberries. Varieties grown are Sweet Charlie and Strawberry
Festival.
Berry fields are well maintained, clean, easily accessible and filled with rows and rows of ready to pick berries. There are always people there to assist with picking so you can locate the biggest, ripest berries in the field. Two gallon containers are provided for easy picking. Please provide your own containers to take your berries home. For those who do not desire U-Pic, on most days pre-picked berries are available.”

Key Insights:
They place flags on where you can pick the strawberries, also other produce like their potatoes onions ect.
The staff was very personable, helpful and doing a good job with social distancing guidelines.
Love the variety of vegetables and fruits, odd stuff and the service was excellent very friendly and helpful.. We drove to this particular farm because they were supposed to have more than just blueberries according to the site.
They do have other fruits growing that you can pick according to the season like blackberries, blue berries and even white peaches.
They also have a shop area where you can buy salad dressing, toppings, condiments, candy brittle and ice cream.. We took our children Strawberry picking for my oldest’s birthday.
