At Melick’s Town Farm “we grow it ourselves. For nearly 300 years, the Melick family has provided our community with delicious, locally grown, farm fresh fruits and vegetables! We also sell plants, shrubs, jams and jellies, baked goods, gifts, and even Christmas trees—all the products that people have come to rely on from the Melick family since about 1725.
When it’s fall, every family should plan at least one trip to the farm to select the perfect pumpkins for your jack-o-lanterns and home decorations.
At Melick’s Town Farm in Califon, plan to join us on weekends in October for a horse drawn wagon ride out to the pumpkin patch where you can select your own pumpkins still growing on the vine.
We also have hay wagon rides at the Cider Mill and Orchards in Oldwick, and we have a large selection of pumpkins at all our locations and farmers’ markets.”

Tons of apples, a pumpkin patch, a store filled with a variety of stuff… we had a wonderful time!
Only complaint is the apples were poorly labeled in the orchard and not many were ripe.. What a wonderful place to visit.
