Located in the Arasapha farm, Bates Motel has been declared as “The best haunted house in America” by CNN travel.
Horrifying and heart pounding, best describes the experience here. They are known to change and introduce new attractions each year. What remains the same are the gory visuals, dolby sound effects and the brilliant lighting. The 20 minute hayride takes you on PsychoPath through the haunted forest.
In the Corn Maze and the Haunted House you will come across some threatening spirits. This one is not for the children and the weak-hearted.

Key Insights:
It is a rare combination to have a scary and entertaining Haunt to satisfy serious fans as well as being appropriate for families and younger audiences.
Like so many have discovered, Bates Motel is worth the price of admission, and we recommend spending the money to go VIP and skipping the long lines.
Besides the sets and actors, the staff was friendly, it was very organized, plenty of bathrooms, good parking, lots of unique merch and snacks.. Bates Motel is very cool.
A super unique hayride experience with high dollar pyrotechnics, lots of actors, great setpieces, and you feel like you get your money's worth here.
The staff was very cool and the actors were awesome and managed to get us quite a few times with the jump scares.. Amazing experience, easily the best I've been to.
