About Fun Fruit Farms

Our Mission

Fun Fruit Farms was created to help families discover amazing U-Pick farms across the United States. We believe that visiting local farms creates lasting memories, supports local agriculture, and connects families with the source of their food.

Our Story

Hi, I'm Alex, the founder of Fun Fruit Farms. As a stay-at-home dad and software engineer, I'm passionate about creating useful products that bring families together. The idea for this site came from my own experiences trying to find great farms to visit with my kids.

I noticed that finding quality U-Pick farms was surprisingly difficult. Information was scattered across different websites, outdated, or simply hard to find. I wanted to create a central place where families could easily discover farms near them, read about what each farm offers, and plan their perfect farm visit.

What We Offer

  • 836 farms across 47 states, and growing
  • Detailed information about each farm's offerings and seasons
  • Easy search by location, farm name, or crop type
  • Curated top picks to help you discover exceptional farms
  • Recorded listing reviews, with check dates shown on farm pages

Our Commitment

We’re committed to supporting local agriculture and helping families create meaningful experiences together. We show recorded review dates so you can see when a listing was checked. A review may cover its website, address, or location data; it does not confirm every activity or the current season’s opening hours. 464 of our 836 listings carry a review date so far, and we are working through the rest. Seasons and hours change often, so please confirm with the farm before you travel.

This site is completely free to use because we believe everyone should have access to information about local farms and fresh, seasonal produce. It is supported by advertising, which is always labelled as such.
