Each summer, 123 Farm at Highland Springs Ranch & Inn “celebrates the beginning of lavender harvest season by hosting the annual Lavender Festival. Visitors of all ages are invited to stroll through the winding paths of organic lavender fields, participate in guided tours in horse-drawn hay wagons, learn how lavender essential oil is extracted, taste lavender-inspired dishes and enjoy live music.
With a health-focused and family-centered theme, the festivals and events hosted at 123 Farm (located at Highland Springs Ranch & Inn) is a relaxing weekend getaway. With the fresh air and tall trees that shade the property, we invite you to come taste our food made from scratch and learn about the history of the ranch.”
In September and October, experience Lavender Nights - “Join us outdoors with food from the grill, lavender cocktails, lavender wine & beer, and shopping!”

Key Insights:
Lots of fun activities for the kids, beautiful photo ops and bonus: cute dogs!
The overall place is very large and it’s easy to just wander around the spacious gardens… great for taking the kids too.
It had a lot of food offerings (some expensive, some not so much), and I got to take some cool photos of the lights.
Come dressed warm.. Good place to visit specially when the weather is nice.
Only con was having to walk far to sit down and eat because the food was moved to the building closer to entrance.
