Lavender Pond Farm
Lavender Farm
Lavender Pond Farm - In February of 2014, we were fortunate to acquire the property that is now Lavender Pond Farm. Encompassing nearly 25 glorious acres with beautiful fields, expansive outbuildings and the freshest, fresh water pond we’ve ever seen, it was a dream come true for our family. We knew this was our opportunity to live the words of Miss Rumphius and honor the memory of a very special lady. We broke ground in June of 2014 and with an initial planting of 9000 lavender plants, haven’t looked back.

Key Insights:
- Took the little train ride around the grounds and the young man who drove and narrated simply couldn't have been any nicer!
- Very peaceful surroundings and well worth the trip.. Yoga in the lavender fields was SO perfect on a gorgeous July day with a light breeze!
- I honestly wondered if it was more of a catchy name to draw you in (a pretty location to do yoga but nothing more), but I'm glad I was wrong.
- We enjoyed the train ride and the gift shop has lots of goodies.
- Have a picnic, play corn hole or a giant chess game, stroll around the pond, and visit the cute gift shop!
