The Berry Farms is a large farm in the heart of the community of Homestead that offers a variety of family-friendly activities, such as a sunflower maze, a berry picking area, and various playground equipment. It’s a great way to spend an afternoon with the kids. The farm also serves up a very good strawberry soft serve, which is a member of the community’s dessert club. Although there is usually an entrance fee, it gives you access to all of the activities. Strawberry season runs from late December to March (weather-permitting). Get hands-on for the tastiest, sweetest strawberries you mouth has ever experienced.
