The Sawmill is a new haunted house at Coquille Parks and Recreation on the Northshore, opening in 2026 from the team behind The Mortuary. It uses timed tickets that reserve a place in line, and Skip-The-Line VIP tickets are also sold. A free Spirits in the Park festival runs at the same park over Halloween weekend.
