“The Berry Patch is one of the oldest fruit growing operations in the east Metro area. From Mid-June to Mid-August, we provide our customers with pick-your-own strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries. We pride ourselves on offering high quality fruit in a family friendly setting.
Our farm is a great destination for a family outing. We welcome well-supervised children to our fields as we want them to see how food is produced and experience the joy of berry picking. Sampling in the field is permitted, too!
Picking varies with the weather. Strawberries are typically available for a three to four week period from mid-June to early July. Raspberries typically start around the 4th of July and run through the end of July, and blueberries start in mid-July and typically end in mid-August”

- It was also pretty difficult to pick amid all the weeds and bushes growing in the berry patch..
- The berries were perfectly ripe, delicious, and there was a surplus of blueberries.
- It was great, you could grab a huge bundle of them with a single hand.. Well organised, nice berries, not super abundant but we found enough!.
