Shelburn Orchard

Pick your own apples at this Shelburn Orchard along the shore of Lake Champlain in Shelburne. They harvest over 80 acres of apples trees. They have 30 varieties of apples, peach, pears, table grapes, pumpkins, plums and sour cherries.

A Shelburn Orchard fan writes “We love Shelburne Orchards not only for their great apples, but for the many extras they offer. There is a store (Cider House Farm Market) that sells fresh cider donuts, apple cider, honey, syrup, pies and more.

There is a small cafe that sells soup, hot/cold cider, pie slices and a few other treats. Plus it seems like every other weekend or so there is always a great event going on at the orchard.

You will also find a rope swing and some hay bales that are loosely shaped like a hay maze for kids to play on. This is a picture perfect place to spend a fall afternoon with the family.”
