CreekSide runs a seasonal Christmas tree lot in Niwot, Colorado, at the corner of 95th and Niwot Road on more than 20 acres of open farmland. Its official site says the lot offers cut-your-own trees alongside living rooted trees and fresh-cut trees from three to sixteen feet, with most between five and nine. Staff provide a secondary fresh cut, wrapping and netting, and loading, and no appointment is necessary. The 2026 opening date had not been published at the time of review.
